Finally, hold partners and teams accountable for more than speed. It is easy to deliver something quickly that looks impressive in a demo. It is much harder to build systems that will stand up under pressure. The organizations that succeed are the ones that value clarity, governance, and endurance over flash.
AI is not failing because the technology is not ready. It is failing because too many organizations are not ready. The leaders who recognize that truth will be the ones who turn AI from hype into outcomes.
