Nick Kowalski

Managing Director, Atlanta

Nick leads Hylaine’s market development efforts in Atlanta, partnering with Fortune 1000 business and IT leaders to help them move from reactive problem-solving to strategic leadership that drives measurable business outcomes. His work centers on building long-term partnerships, modernizing technology leadership, and positioning IT as a core driver of organizational growth.

At his core, Nick is motivated by solving complex problems alongside high-performing teams. A former NCAA Division I athlete, he brings a competitive, disciplined mindset to every engagement—focused not just on solving today’s challenges, but on building strategies that create lasting value for clients and the communities they serve. He believes that when work is done well enough, it becomes an art.

Nick is deeply invested in the Atlanta market, where he is helping build Hylaine’s presence through a growing local team and active participation in the business community. His commitment is intentional and visible, with a focus on deepening client relationships while contributing meaningfully to the region’s long-term success.

Recently, Nick partnered with a national leader in life insurance and retirement solutions to implement transformational strategies that elevated IT leadership from reactive firefighting to a trusted, strategic business partner—delivering tangible ROI and positioning technology as a catalyst for growth.

Before joining Hylaine, Nick built his consulting and industry experience at EY and Truist. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, where he further developed the strategic thinking that complements his results-driven approach. Across every role, he has learned that success in the boardroom requires the same dedication, collaboration, and mindset as success on the field.

Nick combines outcome-focused consulting with relationship-building designed to endure. His goal is simple: strengthen organizations, elevate leaders, and help technology create real, lasting impact.
