Ethan Miller

VP Delivery Services

Ethan Miller is Vice President of Delivery Services at Hylaine, where he leads the execution of complex client engagements across highly regulated industries. He is responsible for ensuring that modernization, data, and AI initiatives don’t just launch—but are fully operational, adopted, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise delivery, Ethan brings a pragmatic, execution-driven approach shaped by roles at PwC, CGI, and CTS. He has led work across consulting, solution architecture, delivery leadership, and governance, giving him a rare perspective on why some initiatives succeed while others stall. In his experience, the difference is rarely the technology—it’s execution discipline, clarity of ownership, and whether teams are set up to succeed.

At Hylaine, Ethan focuses primarily on insurance and banking, environments where speed must be balanced with trust, governance, and precision. He champions delivery models that prioritize reliable data foundations, AI readiness with governance built in, clear communication, and incremental modernization that delivers value early rather than years down the road.

Ethan leads with a belief that governance is not overhead—it’s an accelerator. When decision rights are clear and risk is surfaced early, teams move faster and outcomes improve. His delivery philosophy is grounded in three principles: clarity before commitment, courage in hard moments, and people over process. He believes strong relationships, transparency, and accountability—not methodologies alone—are what ultimately deliver results.

Ethan holds a Master of Science in Enterprise Integration and a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Alabama.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, time at the lake and beach, and cheering on Alabama football—Roll Tide.
