Adam Boitnott is the Founder and CEO of Hylaine, a technology consulting firm he established in 2017 to build a better consulting model—one rooted in trust, transparency, and long-term outcomes. With more than 25 years of experience in technology consulting and strategy, Adam is known for challenging traditional consulting norms and leading with values first.
Under Adam’s leadership, Hylaine has grown from a regional firm into a 200+ associate organization serving Fortune 1000 clients across insurance, banking, healthcare, and life sciences. The firm specializes in data intelligence, AI readiness, application development, and legacy modernization—delivered by experienced teams that show up exactly as promised.
Adam’s career includes leadership roles at CTS, Aeroprobe, NetVentures, and Daxko, and he began his professional journey at Accenture. Across each chapter, he has built a reputation for fostering trusted client partnerships, growing sustainable revenue, and developing high-performing teams anchored in strong culture.
What matters most to Adam is building a consulting firm that puts people before transactions, tells the truth early, and does what’s right—even when it’s harder. He believes consulting should be more human, more honest, and relentlessly focused on real outcomes.
Adam is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech. He and his wife, Dawn, are the parents of two daughters, Hylton and Maclaine—the inspiration behind Hylaine’s name and its guiding philosophy: taking the “high lane” by putting client needs above the firm’s own.
