The Challenge

The client was operating on outdated legacy systems that could no longer scale with growing product lines and complex inventory. More than 150,000 inventory-related errors were triggered daily, often resulting in incorrect shipments, missed deliveries, and hours of manual cleanup. Errors were communicated one email at a time, with no ability to track, organize, or resolve them in batches. Long-term visibility into problem areas was nonexistent, preventing sustainable improvement.
