CHARLOTTE, NC – September 23, 2026 – Hylaine, a values-first technology consulting firm, today announced that Dustin Robbins has joined the company as managing director. In this position, Robbins will leverage his extensive banking experience to work closely with a top 20 U.S. retail bank and other banking clients to solve enterprise-scale tech challenges. He specializes in the highest-stakes moments in banking: mergers, divestitures, and core platform conversions.

Most recently, Robbins held Client Executive and Managing Director roles at NTT DATA in the Charlotte Metro area, helping retail banks drive business transformation and IT strategy execution for over 12 years. Robbins began his career at Accenture in 2004 and spent more than a decade there, rising to Senior Manager.
Robbins holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He currently lives in Charlotte, NC, where he enjoys cooking, backpacking, and supporting UNC sports.
