Loan officers were hunting through pricing systems by hand to quote a rate. It capped how many loans anyone could process, and it opened the door to pricing mistakes the business couldn’t afford — every manual step a chance to be wrong on the number that matters most.
We designed a new pricing engine and built the integration layer to make it real: MuleSoft, custom connectors, and clean links into the legacy systems that weren’t going anywhere. Then we added the capabilities the old way couldn’t support — proactive price-healing that catches and corrects issues before they reach a customer, and multi-channel support so pricing is consistent everywhere it’s quoted.
Pricing got more accurate, the platform scaled past what manual work could handle, operational reporting got richer, and loan processing sped up. The number that matters most stopped depending on who was looking it up.
