Hylaine wins back-to-back Best Places to Work Award
The Charlotte Business Journal has named Hylaine the #1 Best Place to Work for the second year in a row. The award is based entirely on anonymous survey responses from employees about their workplace and its culture. After winning the award last year, Hylaine has seen three times growth making the 2021 award even more coveted.
Adam Boitnott, Hylaine CEO said, “There are a lot of different options for talent when they decide where to work, our employees don’t have to pick us.” Director of Employee Engagement, Chrissy Reed adds, “We have built our culture into the interview process which has been crucial in ensuring we bring the right talent to Hylaine. Our people are the reason Hylaine is able to not only attract but retain top talent.”
Even amidst Hylaine’s astounding growth, the principles of the company’s T.R.U.S.T (Transparent, Results Focused, Upbeat, Solicit Feedback, Thankful) culture have not varied and continue to attract and retain top-level industry talent. In a market where exceptionally skilled tech talent is in high demand, Hylaine’s leadership and employee engagement team is hyper focused on ensuring the organization’s culture stands out. Hylaine’s leadership intentionally prioritizes building an upbeat culture and work environment focused on people, connection, and innovation. “At Hylaine, we live by our T.R.U.S.T culture. Helping each other and doing the right thing are key to our working environment and a large part of why Hylaine is a great place to work,” said Director of Delivery Services, Ben Cole.
“At the end of the day, 2021’s award is an extension of 2020’s, which is an extension of how we’ve approached the market. As we’ve grown, we’ve been able to refine our model without compromising it. We’ve continued to smooth out onboarding, develop more training and structure, and provide more opportunities for professional growth,” said Director of Architecture, Ryan McElroy.
